It looks like special characters in Accordion headings are getting htmlEncoded. When I include an ampersand in an accordion heading, it looks good when editing the node, but when the saved node is views, the ampersand is replaced with the html character code for ampersand.
I don't think it a theme issue, because the same thing happens when I switch to Olivero.
