Upgrading via composer not working

Currently on version 8.x-1.4. Wanting to update to 2.0.4.

composer require 'drupal/bootstrap_horizontal_tabs:^2.0'

I get the error:

   - Root composer.json requires drupal/bootstrap_horizontal_tabs 2.0 -> satisfiable by drupal/bootstrap_horizontal_tabs[2.0.0].
    - drupal/bootstrap_horizontal_tabs 2.0.0 requires drupal/field-field * -> could not be found in any version, there may be a typo in the package name.

Any advise?
