Simplenews Subscription Block not displaying

Problem/Motivation

i am using the Simplenews 4.0.0-alpha3 with drupal 10.1.5 server specs PHP Version 8.1.2 (XAMPP 8.1.2) and the Simplenews Block is not displaying when placed in the block section.
How do i get it to display.?
