Prevent trim when using summary option

Problem/Motivation

Trimming is applied when the "Use Summary" option is enabled. This is confusing because the Drupal core "Summary or trimmed" formatter implies the summary won't be trimmed when it exists. With that said, it would be useful to toggle summary trimming.

Steps to reproduce

Create a text field with summary
Set "Advanced Text" format on display
Set trim to 100 and check "Use Summary"
Click "Edit summary" on field and type more than 100 characters
Confirm summary is trimmed

Proposed resolution

Add "Trim Summary" option and display when the "Use Summary" option is enabled.
