Add Config ignore for Import/Export for Dynamic Responsive Image (drimage) generated image styles

Problem/Motivation

Given that Drimage is creating and using the default image styles by Drupal Core
Which will create a needed image style on needed case automatically.

Having issues when exporting configs in local/dev/staging environment
Having issues when importing configs at production websites

Proposed resolution

  • Add image.style.drimage_* in the config_ignore.settings.yml
  • Have a hook update to add the mode: simple to old config_ignore.settings, and add image.style.drimage_* to the old active config
