Problem/Motivation

Users with the permission 'View own webform submission' cannot see the webform ID of their own submission.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a role 'applicant' and the user 'applicant 1' with the permission 'View own webform submission'.
2. Create a view 'my submissions' showing any webform submission for the role 'applicant'.
3. Give this view the fields Webform ID and Submission ID.
4. Let the user submit any webform.
5. The user 'applicant 1' will see only the field Submission ID but not Webform ID in the view for this submission.
6. Only the permission 'Administer webforms' grants access to the Webform ID.

Proposed resolution

Users with the permission 'View own webform submission' should see the Webform ID of their own submission.
