Assist users when using layout builder with multiple section regions

Problem/Motivation

In layout builder, when a pattern is applied to a section, and when this pattern includes many region,
it is difficult - if not unsable - to place a block in the desired region without any assistance about the region labels..
the region labels are available, but hidden (this was introduced for accessibility, see core issues 3019487 🌱 [plan] Describe layout builder UI to assistive technology Active or 3057687 → )

Proposed resolution

in order to assist the placement of blocks, why not just add some CSS to display the already available region label?
