Update drush command

Merged a new MR.

Refactored the drush command and removed deprecated functions.
Now you can use drush taxonomy-delete:term-delete {VOCABULARY} or drush tdel {VOCABULARY} command to remove taxonomy terms.
It's possible to delete terms from multiple vocabularies as well by separating vocabularies by comma.
