Remove README.txt from robots.txt

I removed the README.txt file and added a patch. Please review.

Unfortunately it looks like this has already been corrected in 📌 Update robots.txt with all README files core ships with RTBC . Also,—and this is probably an accident—the file you posted is not a patch file.
