Add a parse_url process

hi,
I(ve created a small parse_url process for a client's need, and I wonder if you think it could be added to your migrate_process_url module ? If so, I could create a patch or a pull request for review.

Example :

  path/alias:
    plugin: parse_url
    source: src_post_link  # Url as raw string
    component: path      # Similar to PHP's parse_url component attribute
  path/pathauto:
    plugin: default_value
    default_value: false
