Drupal 10 incompatibility

Here's the full warning I get:

I have Drupal 10 running in a test environment. Composer and Drupal are telling me the most recent version of this theme is not compatible with Drupal 10. I cannot proceed with a database update.

I was able to update my database in Drupal 10.

I applied the patch for subtheme. The subtheme .info file does show 8 || 9 || 10. The theme's .info file shows ^9.4 || ^10. I forgot to change the requirement for my actual subtheme.
