Add a "Edit preset" link to homebox displays, if the current user has permission

Problem/Motivation

Add a "Edit preset" link to homebox displays, if the current user has permission. This would shorten the way to not only personalize the current display, but the general preset that homebox is based on.

Eventually the link should only be shown, if the homebox is not personalized, we should discuss that.

Anyway it's just a nice to have sbx feature.
