[ckeditor.giella] Resource name "giella" was not found

Problem/Motivation

When we download "Giella CKEditor Plugin" repository, it downloaded inside "ckeditor-plugin-giella-scayt" directory, where the module looks for /libraries/ckeditor.giella. It should look for /libraries/ckeditor-plugin-giella-scayt instead.

Steps to reproduce

Download the module.
Download library from github
Check console for errors.

Proposed resolution

Need to replace/libraries/ckeditor.giella from /libraries/ckeditor-plugin-giella-scayt.

Unfortunately is the CKEditor Plugin not maintained anymore and the translation service from the university not available anymore, which makes the module here basically not working anymore.
