When editing a page with an hms field with Claro I receive a warning.

Problem/Motivation

When editing a page with hms fields you get the following error: Warning: Undefined array key "type" in claro_preprocess_input() (line 812 of core/themes/claro/claro.theme).

This is due to a missing type attribute solved on the hours minutes seconds field here: https://www.drupal.org/project/hours_minutes_seconds/issues/3334433 🐛 Missing Claro theme compliance on type attribute Fixed

I ran into the same warning when editing a node with an HMS field using claro on D10.
Can confirm this patch fixes the notice.
