Allow LPB to open a wide dialog.

Layout Paragraphs uses a thin dialog while paragraphs browser uses a wider and bigger dialog when choosing the components.

Looking at an open issue in the Layout Paragraphs: https://www.drupal.org/project/layout_paragraphs/issues/3341449 ✨ Make the "Choose a component" dialog wider/consistent Needs review

The code to change it is straight forward. So my proposition is to override the render element and apply the changes.
