Pardon my ignorance to the Closed state, but I don't want to clutter the other thread with noob questions:
a.) Yes, I'm wiling to help, but I have no idea as where to begin. Could you point me to straight and consistent information as how to help?
b.) Would it be possible to change the module's name in the process to commerce_oci_punchout?
"checkout" isn't used for OCI, and possible renaming the module would attract more people to use it.c.) from my last encounter I remember the admin UI isn't exactly attractive -- would it make sense to think about this to help non-coders to configure the punchout?
