Add support for sitemap module

Problem/Motivation

The sitemap module provides a sitemap of the navigation:

https://www.drupal.org/project/sitemap →

Right now, to include this on the site, you can use custom routes, but this could also be supported directly, perhaps through the existing quant_sitemap module even though that is currently focused on XML sitemaps.
