Update from the charges endpoint to the transactions endpoint

This module currently uses the Charges API provided by Affirm, but the most recent API is the Transactions API. We need to update to that, and Affirm has provided a guide for us to follow:

For this ticket, the payment gateway integration should be updated to the new API without necessarily expanding capabilities to support global payments, even though that's the ultimate goal.
