Improve Install Development Tools options in Varbase installer UI and documentation - link to more information

Problem/Motivation

The installer of Varbase 10 allows for installation and ennoblement of some dev tools. Currently the wording of the reroute mail and the display warning options is not as clear as it could be. I understand screen real estate is expensive and recommend using a hyperlink to the docs for more information.

Proposed resolution

For the email router, I suggest...

"The reroute email function intercepts all outgoing emails from a Drupal site and reroutes them to a predefined configurable email address. This is desirable in instances such as a dev environment where one would not want production emails going out. Read more about this feature at Reroute Email

For the "Error Messages to Display" - I am not sure where there is more information on this. I am struck by the fact that there is no option for Errors Only in that section. Can this be explained better or linked to the online documentation?
