Carousel pager throws WAVE contrast warning

Problem/Motivation

The `visually-hidden` previous/next text is showing in WAVE as "very low contrast".

Steps to reproduce

Add a gallery, check WAVE.

Proposed resolution

Change the color of the text so that when it is visible (when displayed without styles) that it's legible.
