I am not sure how to reproduce this issue as you mentioned. Can you please add more details? I also have
kickstart:^3.0installed in my local and the default theme isBelgrade. I also tried to switched bartik and then checked. But i couldn't find the specified error in log. - 🇬🇧United Kingdom londova

Yes, the default theme is Belgrade.The error message was logged, following the steps described above.

I still can't replicate it. I uninstalled and removed bartik theme. I am using D9.x version. May be the issue is only in D10 (As bartik removed after that)
