Replace jquery/once with core/once

Created on 30 October 2023, 11 months ago

Problem/Motivation

jQuery once has been deprecated in Drupal for a while now, and is not available in D10 (despite this module being marked as D10 compatible).
We should use core/once instead of jquery/once.

Steps to reproduce

Add a date range widget, not the errors in console.

Proposed resolution

Replace usage of jquery/once with core/once
