Is this instance still maintained?

drupalchat.me is currently facing several bugs that degrade the user experience drastically:

- Notifications don't work anymore (no emails sent)
- Unread counters won't reset, even if cleared manually
- New posts require a page reload to be visible (keep greyed out)
- The Android RocketChat app will stop supporting this outdated instance soon

As a consequence, the German Drupal Associations and most active German user groups are currently considering to leave DrupalChat and switch to the official Drupal Slack instance.

Is there any chance to get this instance regularly maintained again, or should we consider it as dead?
This would be a pity, but we can't work using buggy tools :-(
