Problem/Motivation

Proposed resolution

Create crm_user module to handle integrations with user module.

Remaining tasks

Create a table to store relationships between users and contact:individual.
Permission to allow users to edit their contact's:
name
phone
email
telephone
address
etc.

Potentially do something like real name to change a user's display name.

User interface changes

Additional forms for users to edit their contact fields.

API changes

Potentially used for permissions integration with contacts. E.g. A user can edit an organization because their contact is related to the organization.
