Problem/Motivation

Disabling 'Allow users to post submissions from a dedicated URL?' also disables the dialog form as well.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a webform.
2. Add the dialog link from the Dialog Settings into a page.
3. Test the button and the form anonymously. Worked normally.
4. Uncheck 'Allow users to post submissions from a dedicated URL?' so that it won't be exposed on search engine, etc.
5. Test the button and the form anonymously. 'Not allow to view the page' permission message.

Proposed resolution

Unchecking the 'Allow users to post submissions from a dedicated URL' will disable the webform page itself, but not the dialog form.

Or is there any way that I can hide the webform page URL itself, but still can be accessed via dialog?

    This works as designed.

You can write custom access controls to only allow a webform to be accessed via a dialog.
