It looks like Microsoft Steam (classic) supports oEmbed: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/stream/embed-video-oembed.
That said, it looks like New Stream doesn't support oEmbed. If that's the case, then there's nothing we can do here.

Since New Stream doesn't support oEmbed, I'm going to close this ticket as "works as designed'.
