Drupal 7 to Drupal 10 migrate support doesn't work

I just upgraded a site from Drupal 7 to Drupal 10, but the weight fields were not migrated, though it looks like an upgrade path was added in #3007210: Migrate support to upgrade Weight from D7 to D8 → .

Could it be because it is a multilingual site?
