H5P libraries included twice

Problem/Motivation

In a regular composer setup, the H5P libraries get installed in two places: both in the module's vendor directory, and to the project root's one. This causes problems in debugging and patching the libraries.

Steps to reproduce

Just install the module with composer and have the libs in two places.

Proposed resolution

Remove the libraries from the module.

Remaining tasks

Create a fix.

This is very confusing and makes debugging difficult. I think we should just remove the libraries shipped in the module directory. Would be good to get a view from the maintainers. Bumping to major.
