Update Drupal 10 directions

composer require drupal/csv_serialization:^2.0 || ^3.0

When I run this command with Drupal 9.5.11 still installed, composer puts this in my composer.json:

"drupal/csv_serialization": "^2.0",

To get broader constraints, I had to manually edit my composer.json file. Can we update the instructions on the project page?

    @Greg Can you share the composer output after you run the require command? If it is not changing composer.json as you expect, it may be encountering an issue.

    I am running into this as well. The 3.x version supports D9, however we can't use it to move to D10 without upgrading to 4.x which.. we can't do on Drupal 9.. I am suggesting adding D10 support back to the 3.x branch for a smoother upgrade. Will add a MR in a few.

    ok.. I named the branch incorrectly, but was able to apply the MR patch locally and successfully am able to upgrade to D10.
