"Available license types" not working

Great catch! I don't believe the listing tools currently flag deprecated hooks.

This hook was not introduced until D9.2, though, so the change along would conflict with the currently supported versions.

I'm going to add a commit to bump up our core and commerce requirements so that this won't be an issue.
