Fix D10 error with ContextualLinks: Symfony\Component\HttpKernel\Exception\BadRequestHttpException: Input value "ids" contains a non-scalar value

Problem/Motivation

When editing a LB page you want get any Contextual Links.

You will see this error in the DB logs:
Symfony\Component\HttpKernel\Exception\BadRequestHttpException: Input value "ids" contains a non-scalar value
