Update project page, composer install is possible

Created on 25 October 2023, 8 months ago

Problem/Motivation

The project page mentions

Note that it is not yet possible to install this theme via composer. This should be possible when #3084063: Use information in info.yml files to determine project requirements β†’ is completed. For the time being, a manual install is necessary.

The linked issue is closed and it seems to be possible to install the theme using composer, so I think this should be removed from the project page.

I can also confirm that when running composer require 'drupal/classy:^1.0', my site also had stable installed, so no need to do both separately...
