Permissions are set wrong

Problem/Motivation

The permissions setup is wrong.

Proposed resolution

In popular_search_keywords.routing.yml at line 7 and 17 the value strings should be 'access all views' which is the permission id. The current value is the permission title.

Hi @Rares Petru Samartean,
I have fixed this issue i.e. The permissions setup is wrong. Also created MR for this . Kindly review the changes.
