[Screen Reader Accessibility] Testimonial component - Nav arrows have wrong names

Problem found: Navigation arrows have long names that are read by screen reader. Icon name should be more meaningful.

- Add a testimonial
- Enable voiceover
- Navigate to the arrow

Add proper labels to the button.
