Allow inserting config in between other configuration

Problem/Motivation

I'm using this module to add media library integration to ckeditor5. I added the media plugin to the editor to the position I wanted, but after the update, it was added at the end of the plugin list.

Proposed resolution

If it's easy, when adding configuration, have something like "weight" to insert the to-be-added config where it was set originally during the development. Or expected config before & after and the action would be in-between?

    My use case is this, exactly.
    But I believe this can be extended to a case where the config is sorted alphabetically and the update inserts data not in the correct order
