Duplication of Crop & copies when updating embed crop

Steps to reproduce

Add an media embed in wysiwyg.
Set a crop on it, save crop
modify and save modification.
Another time for sur...

When you check on CROP data table (crop_field_data) all modification are listed
If you check on file system, all copies (one for each crop try) still exist...
