Allow acquia_claro theme to load claro library

Problem/Motivation

Acquia Claro is a sub-theme of Claro. The Claro media library should be loaded when Acquia Claro is used.

Steps to reproduce

Install Acquia Claro theme. Visit admin/content/browser. Incorrect display because media library css is not loaded.

Proposed resolution

Amend DirectoryBrowser widget so the library is included for that theme.

    Let's support this theme too. And others - We had once the idea of letting you add any library you want ✨ Shall we allow to add a custom library Active , would be nice to have a select with some theme's in it, maybe even pres elected, beside a textbox letting you give any library.
