Expose the admin theme library used and allow inputing any

Right now we support seven and claro.

We could provide a setting where a library string could be passed, like fancy_theme/media_library.theme.

It would be nice to have a select beside this textbox, showing some themes like:

• claro
• aquia_claro
• gin
• seven

Staying open for taking more of them :D
