Correct order of parameters in attachLazyAjax function definition

Problem/Motivation

In the linked issue ( Remove call to deprecated jQuery.once 🐛 Remove call to deprecated jQuery.once Fixed ) I had the parameters in the wrong order when defining the attachLazyAjax function in ajax.js.

Steps to reproduce

Attempt to lazy-load a view using the dev version of this module. No ajax calls will be fired.

Proposed resolution

Switch the order of the parameters when defining the attachLazyAjax function.
