Adjust the orientation of main region and sidebar regions in the menu edit/add form.

Problem/Motivation

In Redesign the menu link add form to be less overwhelming 📌 Redesign the menu link add form to be less overwhelming Fixed we are re-arranging the form in two sections named main column and a secondary column(sidebar). The problem with the current implementation is that the main section is center aligned and the secondary section(sidebar section) is right aligned which leaves a lot of space between the two section when using large screens or small fonts as you can see in the screen shot.
