Integration with media library modal

Let me know please if the issue summary is not representative of what you were after

I would foresee this as a tab in the media library modal, similar to how Media Bulk Upload and Simple Media Bulk Upload do it. Based on a quick peek at the source code of those module, it appears this is largely done by defining an appropriate action, though some additional work will likely be required.

I'm hoping to put in some work on this soon myself.
