There is, as far as I can tell, no way in the UI to get a report of front-end asset versions.

Webform does this for its third-party assets so we could take a hint from it.
That might end up as a pretty massive list though, something like the phpinfo link?
Certainly due to its size it would have to be on another path or hidden by default.
