Add Inline Form Errors metion to Project Page

Would be really good to add a metion to the Inline Form Errors module on the project page:

Every site should enable the inline form errors module by default. It was supposed to be a default in core (hopefully it will be in D11).

In the meantime, folks need to be reminded about it as it is pretty regularly overlooked as one of those experimental modules folks forget about.
