Bake Media Entity File Redirect into Core Media

Problem/Motivation

In contrast to the similar modules listed on the module page, I think the concept of Media Entity File Redirect is the best of all options.

Core Media still lacks such a functionality, and surely every larger Drupal Site sooner or later runs into the _0 issue for files and someone who linked the file directly.

So this is a huge benefit and if there's no even better alternative, I think we should make the plan to bring this into core media, a core issue and link it on the module page to make it more visible.

What do the module maintainer and the core maintainers think?
