There needs to be a refactoring due to ECA Events

@danielspeicher I have fixed the ECA submodule. But there are still a few error left, maybe you want to have another look?

BTW, you seem to have committed to the 2.3.x branch instead of the issue fork. That's why I have committed there as well.

Please note, we also need to adjust the drush commands, as Drush 12 has a complete new discovery model. Let me know if you want me to do them as well.
