Problem/Motivation

Following with 📌 Update Generators to DCG 3 Fixed
Find out that

drush generate sdc

now works with Drush ~11.0 and Drush ~12.0
So that the Component Libraries: Generator is no longer needed at this time

Proposed resolution

Remove drupal/cl_generator from the composer.josn file.
