Can not delete immutable configuration

Problem/Motivation

After my latest changes, the module produces an error during uninstall.

Drupal\Core\Config\ImmutableConfigException: Can not delete immutable configuration core.entity_view_display.node.gridstack_content_demo.teaser. Use \Drupal\Core\Config\ConfigFactoryInterface::getEditable() to retrieve a mutable configuration object in /var/www/html/web/core/lib/Drupal/Core/Config/ImmutableConfig.php:51

Proposed resolution

Roll back hook_uninstall to previous state and add description why getEditable() method is used.
