Token for PM Recipient

I am sending eMail notifications when a PM is sent. Doing this with the ECA module. But I can only send an email to the sender with the token [user-mail], because with all the tokens for private messages the one for recipient is missing. there is no [private_message:recipient:mail], or like.
Any idea how this token could be generated to be available?

    Hi,

    If someone having trouble getting the recepient when sending message using ECA modeller, you can tested out the ECA modeller attach

    To import can go to Import ECA page "/admin/config/workflow/eca/import" and Choose the tar.gz file
