Title field link to content not working when html field format ius

Hi, @hamza_niazi! Where did you get the 'Html field formatter' formatter?
I've installed the module and only have 'Title' and 'Plain text' formatters available for the Title.

from your description the issue is related to HTML Formatter → module. Please, create an issue for that module.
