config/schema for reroute_email adjuster plugin has been committed to 2.3.x branch, thanks!
As it is required to proceed with 📌 Add tests for Drupal Symfony Mailer Active .The rest of MR will be reviewed/investigated a bit later.

A schema for the adjuster was committed to 2.3.x dev branch in October.
The rest of the MR will not be committed in this way (but it will be a bit reworked in other issues).
